Walk-in conference registration is open Monday afternoon JULY 5 from 3-6PM
at the Orlando Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel at 9939 Universal Blvd/32819.  At
this point, all sessions are still open - you'll get your first choices of
workshops and Training Institutes.  Come to the Registration Desk at the end
of Gatlin Ballroom corridor.

PLEASE especially read the advice about NOT purchasing a round-trip airport
shuttle ticket. The return trip takes 4 hrs due to the stops at many hotels
on the way back to the airport.  It¹s ideal to use the shuttle for the trip
from the airport to the hotel, because our hotel, the Shingle Creek, is the
first stop in that direction.  However, if you are not alone, a taxi might
be better even for your arrival trip.  Shuttle is $18 and taxi for up to 4
people is about $42.  Ask the price.

- BADGES
If you registered after Sunday June 27th, your badge will NOT be mailed.
Instead, you will pick up your
Badge onsite in Orlando.  If you did register before that date, and don¹t
have your badge just come to the registration desk and we¹ll figure out the
problem.  11 badges were returned as bad addresses ­ yours may be in that
batch.  Or, maybe you are not paid in full, or didn¹t make session
selections, or live outside the US.  Read the Badge letter here:

- HOW TO REACH US
You can reach us in Orlando starting Monday, July 5 by calling
407-996-9939 and asking for the Smart Marriages Desk.  We should have phone
systems working by 3pm Monday. To reach us via email in Orlando use

(karen at rcassidy.com)   Do not make the mistake of trying to leave a
message in Diane Sollee¹s hotel room (I¹m not there until very late at
night.)  The Smart Marriages registration team is able to reach me on
walkie-talkie during the day.

If you are unable to connect with us at the Shingle Creek, try calling the
registration office in California with questions about your badge or the
conference,
or to leave a message: 866-992-9399 extension ³100².  They keep normal Mon -
Fri
office hours, Pacific Time and they may be able to answer your question or
may be
able to get a message to us in Orlando.

- ON-LINE EVALUATIONS
The ONLINE conference evaluation process will be available
at http://www.smartmarriages.com from July 11 - July 31. Complete the
evaluation and you'll be able to print your certificate of attendance
immediately.

Even if you don't need CEU (continuing education credits for your state
license as a mental health professional) PLEASE go online and
complete an evaluation. I depend heavily on your feedback.
