Paul Amato's interview on the benefits-of-marriage PR campaign on CNN will
begin airing this morning (Thurs Feb 19th) in the 6am segment and should be
repeated several times throughout the day.  He's done several other radio/tv
interviews. Patrick Patterson has also done several interviews on Fox.  Send

- MARRIAGE TWEETS

I hope most of you have subscribed to Marriage Tweets by now.  Amazingly
enough Mark Payan, editor, can maintain the tweet while he travels through
Europe with his bride.  Shows he's not just jerking our chain when he tells
us this Internet stuff is EASY.  He promises to teach us all out to do it at
the Orlando Smart Marriages Conference in several sessions including the Sat
night Marriage Rally Teach IN.

believe but this says more than a third (35%!?) of U.S. Adult Internet users
have a profile on a social networking site.  If Shirley Glass were still
with us I'm sure she'd have lots to say about the point being made here -
how it might be called social networking but it's easy to slide down this
slippery slope into "not just friends" territory.

I agree and have tried to help other Canadians get something started.  Maybe
you could hold a meeting in Orlando of those interested.  Thurs at 5:30pm is
the ideal time for such a meeting.  It only takes one determined person.
Or, maybe this first year you just want to come and scope it all out.  I
guarantee you'll love it - can tell you're a natural born *member*.  - diane
