- THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOL'S DAY JOKE

Because I overlooked the fine print in the Shingle Creek contract, the hotel
may exercise it's prerogative to drastically reduce our room block this
week. The low conference rate is usually good until 6 weeks before the
conference OR until we sell the contracted number of rooms, whichever comes
first. The hotel will honor our full compliment of rooms at $115 rate until
April 6 - that's 5 days from today!!   Please book IMMEDIATELY.  When the
rooms are gone there is nothing I can do.  The new rate will be $155.  The
language looked the same to me as all prior years......it wasn't.  I am so
sorry.

Note: The 18-hole, par 72, championship golf course designed by David
Harman, that surrounds the property is available to hotel guests at a
wonderful rate: $69 regular tee time; $44 Twilight rate starting at 2pm.

Luxurious Health Club/Fitness Center - $20 per length of stay for Smart
Marriages guests.
