- CONFERENCE IS COMING
Wow, the call for Brochures woke a bunch of you up. Not only am I receiving
tons of requests for bulk shipments of brochures, but also lots of
Conference questions.  The conference is just a little over 5 months away!
So, YES, get your hotel room and exhibit reserved and make your airline
reservations!  All the info about hotel and airline discounts, Exhibit
Applications, Volunteer spots, Roommates, etc is available online at:

- PRESENTERS - WHEN WILL WE KNOW?
A final list of presenters should be posted by next Monday Jan 21.  Watch
this list for the announcement.  We're close.  Institutes, keynote and
banquet is all posted.  - diane

- BROCHURE ADS AND PACKET INSERTS
The Conference Ads and on-site packet inserts spots are all taken. Those
sell out, usually in early December. There is still space in the Exhibit
Hall and we will have a Combined Book exhibit - send me an email to request
that info.  -diane

If you have not attended a conference or received brochures in the past, in
other words if you're new to the e-list, I probably do NOT have your postal
mail address.  Please include the address to which I should ship the
Brochures.  - diane

Don't send me a PO Box for bulk shipments.  I have to have a street address.

- Hotel room guests will have free wired internet access in their sleeping
rooms.
- I'm told the hotel can provide interested users with wireless
connection for $6.95 an hour.  Accessible in the Hotel lobby with a
credit card and password system.  - diane
