Preventing Affairs - please help - 2/23/07

Dear Diane, 

I hope you will send your mail list this announcement, inviting them
to respond to my new survey questionnaire on "preventing affairs."

After 27 years of trying to help people "recover" from affairs, I want to do
more to help "prevent" affairs in the first place - and am working on a book
on "Preventing Affairs." I've already reserved the domain name:
preventingaffairs.com - but that website won't be operational until the book
is completed late this year.

In conjunction with this effort, I want to collect some opinions as to what
people think are the most important factors in preventing affairs. So I have
compiled a short Survey Questionnaire containing a list of some of the
factors that may make a difference.

This is a brief survey, requiring less than 5 minutes to complete.
