- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES - PLEASE READ

Many of you made hotel reservations before knowing your actually arrival and
departure dates.  Now that you've firmed up conference travel, please check
your reservation at the Adam's Mark and adjust your reservation to fit.

The hotel will sell out, so it's good to call and confirm your reservations.

But it is very important to make sure your dates match your arrival.  If you
booked a day earlier than you'll arrive, you will lose your reservation when
you don't show up on time.  Trimming your reservation to fit will also help
others.  The hotel is selling out on the "shoulder" dates - especially the
tail end.  

Also, if you reserved rooms for staff or colleagues that will not be coming,
please release those reservations.

Yes, you will receive 22.5 hrs CE for the 3-day Family Wellness Institute.
Almost all the Institutes are approved for CE.  See the website or pg 3 & 4
in the brochure - there are a few that are not approved for CE.
