URGENT Conference Info - please read - 4/05

I'm sharing this email, to REMIND all of you to take the time TODAY to make
your hotel reservations.  I'd hate for people like this to finally be able
to make it to the conference and then be locked out of the conference hotel.

And, I had a very bad scare this morning.  Someone called to tell me the
hotel was full and to ask me about overflow space. Auuugh.  It turns out the
hotel was NOT full (I can breathe again), but the hotel hadn't put more
rooms into our black this morning - they sell out 75 rooms in our block and
then put more in it till they sell our full allotment.  In discussing this
with the hotel reservation department, I discovered that there are other big
conferences in Dallas over our dates, and because anyone can call and say
they're with the Smart Marriages conference and get a room in our block (our
rooms aren't passcode protected) AND because we have the lowest rates in the
city over those dates at a really wonderful hotel, our room block could be
stolen away from us -  caller by caller.  And, we are getting close to
selling out ...and, once it's gone, it's gone.

And, since all the conference events are in the hotel and it's so convenient
to stay in the mother ship and be right there -- and since we've got these
fantastic rates, PLEASE call today. I will not be able to help you  once it
is sold out.

single, $89 double, $92 triple, $95 quad.  Rates good June 18 - July 2. Kids
under 18 stay free in room.  Hotel parking is $5 a night.

AIRLINE: 
ALSO, please reserve your airline reservations ASAP.  The discounted seats
are selling out fast -- if you plan to fly on frequent flyer miles, it may
already be too late.  We have a conference discount with American Airlines
and they will soon sell out of the discounted seats over our dates.

To find a roommate and split the hotel costs, just email me with your
contact info and arrival and departure dates.  Great way to save money and
you're in your room so little, you'll barely notice.  Plus the rooms are
