We are licensed by OBHL (office of Behavioral Health Licensing) for behavioral health services in the middle of our medical facility. There are several other agencies I know of in Az that are co-located. We are also a FQHC so in reality it is what we were doing when I started 8 years ago and were all in the same building. Besides the IHCC in our new building we have family practice, peds, specialty medicines including IM, women's health, dental, pharmacy and WICand we opened in Dec the Copper Café which is a work training site. Since we are a fairly small (tho rapidly growing) rural community with limited food options, the last is my favorite (LOL)

I'm curious as to what it means to be licensed for integrated care?

Where could I find out more about TRM? We are the 1st agency in Arizona to be licensed for integrative care. I am trying to also come up with a system for acuity of care. We have 200 SMI (severely mentally ill)clients and some need to be seen several times a week and others have been seeing me and stable on the same meds for 12 years. We are doing the priority services on a individual basis, but as we grow I can see the need for a more formal policy and evaluation system. Any ideas anyone wants to share??

No, it is not a dumb question. TRM stands for Trauma Resilience Model.

Is anyone willing to share a flow chart of how primary care patients get referred to a Behaviorist and to a co-located mental health specialist?
Thanks!
