Review the 2010 Millbank Review Report and AHRQ IPC Review. Excellent
sources regarding adaptive and integration of brief behavioral health into
primary care strategies.
Also view Kirk Strosahl's website- Mountain Consulting Group- numerous
integrative care studies relevant to implementation of PCBHI.
