Training is critical-training on integrated care, training on how to practice in
integrated settings and training about other disciplines on the integrated team
and training on how to work as part of a transdisciplinary team-the stronger the
training the stronger the foundation will be for developing an integrated care
system that will truly change the face of  care delivery in the organization !
