[PC-BH-Integration] Dissertation survey request

Thank you so much Wendy.  My self and a colleague are MINT trained in MI and do some training our selves.  What we are attempting to do is create a best practice approach to teaching medical personnel with shorter modules of training [such as 6 one hour sections that could happen via webinar or over lunch for example] instead of a training that would necessitate the provider being gone out of the clinic for a half day or more.  Would you be willing to share your curriculum to see what may be transferable to our approach?

Hi Peter, we offer a 4 hour MI training to our Med staff as we are a fully integrated BH site and do a depression and audit screener (as well as others). We have recently added a co-located Suboxone clinic in primary care making MI even more important.

I am hoping to develop a 6 session/module Motivational Interviewing (MI) training packet for basic and continued MI training with primary care providers in an FQHC setting.  I hoping to do this in 6 one hour modules taught every other month for an hour over lunch time.  I am wondering if there are folks out there with insight r/e making this as effective as possible.
