[PC-BH-Integration] Conference Announcement: Providing Integrated Care to Older Adults with Behavioral Health Needs

With support from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the University of Iowa Center on Aging is pleased to host a one-day educational conference to disseminate the latest information about providing evidence-based care to older adults with mental illnesses.  We are particularly interested in looking at integrated models of care for behavioral health providers' when they partner with primary health care clinics and aging service programs.  Our conference, "Providing Integrated Care to Older Adults with Behavioral Health Needs" will be held Thursday, February 3, 2011 in Overland Park, Kansas.

The audience for this conference includes mental health specialists, primary care professionals, aging service providers, long-term care providers, program administrators, and policy makers.

We also are excited to confirm that we will be offering 6.5 CEU hours of continuing education credits.
