[PC-BH-Integration] Ideas/experience with psychiatric consultation services?

Hello

In the absence of sufficient resources to put a behavioral health 
professional in every clinic, has anyone had experience with setting 
up effective psychiatric consultation services? We are thinking of 
improving access of primary care clinicians to psychiatrists for 
consultation on meds, treatment of primary care clients, especially 
those with chronic diseases.

Any references would be welcome.
