[PC-BH-Integration] Druss's AJP article PCARE study

If you haven's already, I encourage you to check out Benjamin Druss's article in this month's AJP - he published the results of the PCARE study.  The accompanying editorial by Michael Flaum offers suggestions for the medical community if we truly want to "close the mortality gap". This is the first major article I've seen in this psychiatric journal  addressing this issue in the SMI population and how care managers, motivational interviewing and other tools we are already using in the integratred care community can work.
