[PC-BH-Integration] PC-BH-Integration Digest, Vol 48, Issue 5

The distinguishing characteristics between co location and integration have been described in many places. See Journal of Clinical Psychology in Medical Settings March 2009 for a series of papers describing these and related issues.
Also, the distinctions as they relate to effectiveness have not been sufficiently investigated.

The new Collaborative Care Research Network (CCRN), a sub network of the American Academy of Family Practice's National Research Network, has such an investigation very high up on its priority list and will be developing a study to do so. If interested in learning more about the study idea or about membership in the CCRN, contact either myself or Ben Miller.

What are the key distinguishing characteristics between co-location
and integration?
I need to succinctly describe this to some clinics that are
considering their model for providing BH and PC on site. Is there a
source that conveniently describes the distinctions?
