One possibility may be that If the FQHC billed for the patient they would
get enhanced medicaid reimbursement under the prospective payment system.
The FQHC could contract with the MH provider for their time.

Thanks so much for your thoughts. The hardest part is that I can bill MHC
codes, but the impact in 4 hours per week does not make it viable as the
demand is too high and the paperwork requirement is huge. Any other ideas
and I am on it. I am very saddened for these kids and their families. What
is your "sustainable funding method?".
