Hi Alexander-
I am the behavioral health director with Multnomah County Health Dept in
Portland Oregon.  Several of my social workers were in your recent
satellite integrated model training.  We have 6 primary care clinics
with integrated social worker behaviorists and psych nurse
practitioners, and 11 school based clinics.   I'd be happy to share with
you how we've addressed their bh needs- we've tried several ways... Any
specific questions?

I have been assembling articles, but I have not hit just what I am
looking for.  Does anyone on this list have a citation for a good
summary article or an exciting model you would like to share?
