Position announcement

2 Positions available in Vermont for MSW’s or recent Ph.D psychologists licensed or licensable in Vermont. One postion is part of a project funded by the Vermont legislature to be split between 2 primary care practices in Burlington Vermont. The position is part of an effort to redefine medical services to patients with chronic medical illnesses. There will be support by a community support team to assist in care management. The other position in Montpelier, Vermont is to be part of a family medical practice which has been utilizing a collaborative care model for many years and is expanding its behavioral health presence. Experience with and a commitment to collaborative care is essential. Experience providing behavioral health in primary care is desired.
