[PC-BH-Integration] Looking for examples of CMHCs

We are currently involved in this process.  We have integrated MH services into primary care and are in the process of trying to integrate primary care into our MH clinics.  We certainly would be interested in learning how others have completed this process as well.

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for examples of CMHCs that have been able to integrate primary care services successfully into their clinics.

We're doing a conference on integrated health care in Texas this fall, and we want to include a speaker or two who could specifically address their successes / challenges doing this type of integration.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
