Hello everyone,
I’m looking for examples of CMHCs that have been able to integrate primary 
care services successfully into their clinics. 
 
We’re doing a conference on integrated health care in Texas this fall, and 
we want to include a speaker or two who could specifically address their 
successes / challenges doing this type of integration. 
 
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
