You should contact the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. They're currently conducting an integration pilot project among select CMHCs.

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for examples of CMHCs that have been able to integrate primary care services successfully into their clinics. 

 

We're doing a conference on integrated health care in Texas this fall, and we want to include a speaker or two who could specifically address their successes / challenges doing this type of integration. 

 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
