I can speak to that if by panel size you mean caseload. After consulting
with our Associate Medical Director, he estimates that the average Cascadia
Licensed Medical Practitioner has a caseload of approximately 300 clients.

Have a good day,

So far we are billing under Mental Health. There are new codes in PCP
clinics to bill for Mental Health screens but it hasn't gone the other way
that we can tell--it is an issue that needs to be solved in order for there
to be true integrative care.

As far as caseloads, the ACT nurses in our network are seeing 200 people in
their clinics, but also carry an individual caseload of around 4-8 clients.
The new integrative RN's that will be doing screening and case coordination
to get clients connected will have around 150 on their panel at anyone time,
these should only be short-term with most being done in 2-3 months. Marcus,
what is the panel size for the psych nurse practitioners at Cascadia?

Hello,

We are having a very difficult time getting the consultation time paid for
by any third party payer. Our mental health center is doing the billing.
How are others doing this? Also, does anyone have a business plan that they
would be willing to share that makes this venture be at the very least, cost
neutral?

Thanks in advance for sharing,

Susan
