[PC-BH-Integration] BH Consultation

Hello,

We are having a very difficult time getting the consultation time paid
for by any third party payer.  Our mental health center is doing the
billing.  How are others doing this?  Also, does anyone have a business
plan that they would be willing to share that makes this venture be at
the very least, cost neutral?
