Depends on the level of care the nurse is working with. I can find some good estimates in our network but would need to know this. Would the person need to do any case management and what is the level of care?

I have a question for the group, does anyone who employs a psychiatric nurse practitioner have a annual productivity standard for them to meet.  If so, what is it.  We are looking at hiring one and wanted to know what a reasonable expectation would be with the provider doing medication management and counseling.  Any information would greatly be appreciated.
