some of the integrated clinics that we have in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti
area.  We are about 30 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport so we're easy
to get to.

Thanks for the information.  We are members of the DCPCA and are in
discussions with them about integrating care models.  I was hoping for a
place that I could visit to see how some models actually run.  I will be
in Chicago on vacation which is why I mentioned that, but unfortunately
won't have time to visit Racine.

that has integrated a BHC within a primary care clinic, preferably a
FQHC?  The FQHC I work with is in DC and we currently provide mental
