"
Googling for IHC billing ideas, suggestions, etc, today, I came across "Models in Asheville," a 2003 three page summary of several models of Integrated Primary Care. Interesting. Available at http://www.integratedprimarycare.com/Models%20in%20Asheville.htm.

Also, "Billing for the Evaluation and Treatment of Adult Depression by the Primary Care Clinician" (2004). Even more interesting. Available at http://www.psychiatrist.com/pcc/pccpdf/v06n01/v06n0105.pdf.

Also a reference to but no link to a free copy of "Funding mechanisms for depression care management: opportunities and challenges," John Bachman et al, General Hospital Psychiatry 28 (2006) 278-288. I'd appreaciate a copy if anyone has one.

I also stumbled across a great paper on "Mind and Body Teunited: Improving Care at the Behavioral and Primary Healthcare Interface" prepared for the American College of Mental Health Administration Summit March 2007. It's available at
