[PC-BH-Integration] Sites for training in Primary Care Behavioral Health

Dear All: I am in the process of developing formal integrated behavioral
health services in our clinic. Does anyone have any boiler-plate policies
and procedures that I could look at to help me gain an awareness of what
Massachusetts DPH will want us to have prior to mental health licensing? I
have read their regulations through and have some things in place now, but
suspect that I will need more and different for behavioral health.

Any help anyone can offer much appreciated. I can take answers off the
list serve. Thanks!
