[PC-BH-Integration] New to integration process

[Scott Willard]

Hi all- I am a BH Director in Oregon, where we began an FQHC last year.  This next year is a push year for to work on integrating BH and primary care.  One of our facilities is co-located and another is in a separate building.  Any ideas or resources to recommend would be very helpful.
