I just wanted to introduce myself to the list.  I am hoping to get some
guidance on building a primary care consultation practice in the "real
world".  There seems to be a real lack of knowledge among medical practices
about how to incorporate mental health services in their practices because
of the more practical matters like billing, financial arrangements,
logistics, etc.  My hope is to have some guidance on these "nuts and bolts"
type issues and perhaps connect with a mentor who has been successful in
doing so.  Any useful resources would be greatly appreciated.  I look
forward to being a part of the discussion.
