[PC-BH-Integration] Kathleen Reynolds material on financing--many requests

Hello to all of you who chimed in with a request for Kathleen's
information. As she said, it will be put together in about two weeks,
and we will post it on the NCCBH website, www.nccbh.org, in the Primary
Care Resource Center. There will be a notice on the list serve when it
is posted.

Just a reminder to those of you new to the list serve, it gets easier to
read and less confusing if, when you hit reply, you edit the "tail" on
your comments, so there are only the questions or comments you are
specifically responding to. If you edit the subject line to the specific
topic rather than leaving in the reference to the issue, that is helpful
as well. And, a recent request was to identify where you are from, by
type of organization and geography.
