[PC-BH-Integration] Rural Integration of Care with Primary Medical

Hello
 
New to this website. Can anyone send me start up outline for rural
behavioral health centers integrating or collaborating with Primary Care
and For Profit hospitals they are the only ones in the area among a
non-profit large community mental health center. We want to go beyond
coordinating HIPPA release of information and provide "true "
collaborative care on wellness, naturopathic medicine, emergency
services, depression, anxiety and ADD for kids. Any help would be
appreciated..
