The PHQ tool for assessment of depression in a primary care setting is
available in Spanish. I used Google and typed in "PHQ" Spanish and a number
of sites popped up. The PHQ tool is a Pfizer product. You may be able to
obtain a free assessmetn tool from your Pfizer rep. ( I included the use of
the PHQ tool in a MH/SA grant for migrant and seadonal farmworkers in a
grant submitted to teh BPHC.)

Could anyone direct me to a site where I could download screening tools for
anxiety and depression in Spanish? We have a free primary care clinic for
Spanish speaking immigrants in New Orleans and I would like to integrate
some mental health care into the program.
