[PC-BH-Integration] trauma screening tool

Good Morning. 

Is anyone aware of or using a trauma screening tool for school aged
children?  I am trying to find a screening (non-diagnostic) tool that
non-clinicians, such as teachers, can use to identify children who may have
experienced trauam.  Thank you.
