RE: POLLARD'S LIFE SENTENCE
With regard to Jonathan Pollard's prison sentence . . .
It seems to me that some are overlooking the obvious. It is
indisputable that Pollard was transferring to Israel information
above and beyond that which Israel was entitled to receive
through clandestine (unauthorized) channels (covertly handing
over illegal copies of source documents). The U.S. government
acknowledged that Pollard had been caught with a "shopping list"
that specified secret documents that were outside of Pollard's
area of work and the existence of which Pollard would not have
known about. The shopping list was provided to Pollard by a
source as yet unidentified, referred to by the press as the
mysterious "Mr. X" (not the writer with whom I am intimately
acquainted, but some high-level insider, apparently a Zionist
sympathizer.)
[Excision]
I personally have witnessed a Jewish student rally a few years
back at a major American university where Pollard was given a
standing ovation, and the disdain for America--Israel's biggest
supporter and closest "ally"--was palpable.
Pollard was nothing more than a patsy for his Israeli handlers--
a low-level spy who took advantage of incredibly lax security
procedures to obtain and disseminate a volume of documents that--
if the government's allegations are true--quite simply boggles
the mind. We should thank him for revealing the high-level
penetration of America's security services by the Zionists and
their sympathizers, as well as exposing the inadequate safeguards
for the nation's most sensitive classified information.
And as to the charge that Israel traded some of America's most
sensitive classified documents to the Russians in exchange for
the release of a number of Russian Jews, well, it is entirely
possible that this was, like Iran-Contra and the Inslaw/PROMIS
scandals, another instance where the NeoCon political operatives
in the American security services were working in partnership
with the Israelis in questionable operations. It could have been
a case of giving up documents of limited value to the Russians
in exchange for the freedom of the many Russian Jews who had been
funneling Soviet secrets to the west for generations.
[Excision]
With this possibility in mind--that America's security services tacitly
approved of Israel's swapping secrets for hostages--is is easy to see that
it is just as likely that the mysterious Mr. X would be a high-
ranking American security official, rather than a Jewish spy
as most seem to take for granted. And is it not true that the
illegal profits from the Iran-Contra sale of missiles to terrorists
were channeled to Ukranian banks under the care of the head of
Russia's Military Intelligence (!) by Israeli spy Robert Maxwell?
I think that taken all together, the evidence is pretty
convincing that the American, Russian, and Israeli security
services are all working in collusion . . . in a tragi-comic
soap opera of incompetence, double-dealing, and greed.
You can quote me on that.
