Probably.  Mordechai Vananunu sold Israeli's nuclear secrets to the 
press and was rendered back to Israel by a Mossad team to stand 
trial.  His was sentanced to prison, served his time, and was 
released.

If Pollard had been an Israeli citizen spying for the US against 
Israel...would he even be around today to worry about a sentence?
