Would I be correct in assuming, based on what I have just read on 
this list, that, notwithstanding the sentence imposed by the 
presiding judge, Pollard's conviction on espionage charges stem from 
the fact that he decided to betray his oath and delivered 
intelligence to Israel that was legally withheld, presumably on 
national security grounds, by the US government, or is that, too, 
just a spin?
