[Intelforum] Announcing "IntelForum BookExchange"

Dear members of IntelForum,

IntelForum will shortly inaugurate a new, occasional feature -- 
"IntelForum BookExchange" -- consisting of interviews conducted via 
e-mail with authors of recently published (and perhaps classic) books 
on intelligence topics.

The inaugural IntelForum BookExchange will be an interview with Dr. 
R.A. Ratcliff, author of _Delusions of Intelligence: Enigma, Ultra 
and the End of Secure Ciphers_ (Cambridge: Cambridge University 
Press, 2006).

Dr. Ratcliff is a member of IntelForum and, as time allows (and with 
possible delays), will be available to answer questions submitted by 
IntelForum members about _Delusions of Intelligence_.
