Hello Dan

I'm unable to provide you any material but I would appreciate receiving a
copy of what you do receive. Performance measurement is the holy grail of
intelligence!

Regards

Brett Peppler

Subject: Performance Measurement and the Intelligence Community

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I'm writing a graduate school paper concerning performance
measurement in the US Intelligence Community. If anyone one has
subject-area suggestions ( e.g., past IC initiatives or the opposite)
or reference material recommendations of particular merit, I'd
certainly appreciate it. I'd like to make this project as timely and
practical as possible. I have degrees in both law and public
administration/public policy analysis, if that helps anyone gauge
their suggestions.

Thank you.

Dan Hill
