Hello David,

Science is expected to be prejudicial to any unsound thesis.

In order for me to even consider the premise that you present, and a 
premise that has appeared on millions of conspiracy websites using 
the same circular logic, I would be forced to accept the foundation 
of your thesis and your thesis is:

1) The US government must have played a role in 9/11 terrorist 
attacks because the terrorist attacks were successful. There is no 
way Islamic Fundamentalist Jihadists could have pulled off 9/11 
without the help and prior planning of the US government.

And

2) The FBI had foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks because they had a 
white van sitting outside Huffman Aviation hours after the attacks. 
This means that the FBI knew Muhammed Atta existed before 9/11.

I don't accept your thesis for several reasons. First, if the US 
government was involved in the 9/11 attacks, someone would have 
spilled the beans about it long before the attacks took place. If 
Washington, DC, were a battleship, it would have sunk a long time ago 
from all the leaks of classified information that flow out of there. 
Americans that work in government are the best leakers of classified 
information ever.

Now you want us to believe that not only did the US government have a 
hand in the 9/11 attacks, but the FBI was helping out because they 
knew Muhammed Atta was at Huffman Aviation? That is what the 
conspiracy websites claim so I can't disassociate yours with theirs. 
I actively engage in the Internet to check out what the latest spin 
is so these angles are not new to me.

The problem with your thesis is that the FBI's mission, like I 
mentioned previously, is to detect and dismantle (slay if necessary) 
terrorist organizations like al Qai'da. The FBI is also compromised 
of American citizens that swore an oath to the US Constitution. This 
is the oath that they take:

"I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States 
against all enemies, foreign and
domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; 
that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or 
purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the 
duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

You see David; the fallacy in the conspiracy website logic is that 
the FBI doesn't operate against American citizens to the benefit of 
Islamic Fundamentalist Jihadist terrorist cells and the hostile 
foreign nation-states that sponsor them. Also, when that is blended 
into the "US government" planned the 9/11 attacks angle using the 
FBI, I must say that it is a ridiculous claim.

I think in equations and when I hear claims that like it appears in 
my mind like 1+1=5. It doesn't add up.

The FBI is our foundation for dealing with corrupt government. When 
we have police forces in any of our states get out of line, the US 
Department of Justice goes in there and takes those police forces 
over and straightens them out. When politicians cross the line, the 
FBI goes in and makes the arrest and the politician is replaced.

The inherent fallacy of your thesis is that the FBI would never agree 
to help anyone in the US government plan any form of terrorist attack 
against the American people. That is ridiculous. If the FBI were ever 
approached by anyone in government to do such a thing, those 
individuals would be arrested and prosecuted and it would be front 
page news on CNN and the BBC.

I explained how the FBI wound up at Huffman aviation. The FBI 
demonstrated that it is at the forefront when it comes to locking 
down a national security crises in the United States. At H-Hour and 
with little information about the terrorists that attacked us on 
9/11, the FBI was able to build a mosaic about Muhammed Atta and the 
other terrorist conspirators which led them to Huffman Aviation. This 
is why dozens of countries have the FBI come in and help them build 
their own police forces.

Quoting Mr. Young won't help your thesis either. He won't engage me 
on the forum.

There is a lot of very bad information out there, David. As citizens 
we have a responsibility to correct that information when such claims 
are made. I would tell your friend that the United States was 
successfully targeted by the Egyptian Islamic Jihad in alliance with 
al Qai'da and possibly other terrorist organizations that provided 
them support on 9/11. Dr. Mohammed Ayman al-Zawahiri was the founder 
of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad, al Qai'da's second in command. Usama 
Bin Ladin in coordination with Dr. Mohammed Ayman al-Zawahiri formed 
a transnational alliance with up to one dozen Islamic terrorist 
organizations as early as 1992.

Funding for the terrorist attacks on 9/11 came through Dubai to the 
United States over a period of years. The terrorists used our open 
society against us and that is how they successfully achieved their 
attacks. That is what Islamic Fundamentalist Jihadists do--they prey 
upon the unsuspecting. Usama Bin Ladin issued a Fatwa in 1996 calling 
for the destruction of the United States and the slaughter of 10 
million US citizens to avenge the deaths of Islamic peoples in 
history.

It is very clear David who attacked us and why they attacked us. The 
terrorists attacked us because we support our democratic allies 
around the world and the terrorist forces working against us think 
democracy is a perversion and want to replace democracy with a global 
Caliphate theocracy using theocratic Trotskyism as the vehicle.
