Professor D'Amato,
Why was North Vietnam not prosecuted in the UN for having the Soviet
Union, East Germany, Czecholavia, and Poland, as well as Cuba,
helping them (military and intelligence) against the U.S. in the
Vietnam War? If Vietnam is such a free country, then why are many
Vietnamese emigrated?
Why was Cuba not prosecuted for having the Soviet Union helping Cuba?
If Cuba is such a free country, then why are hundreds of Cubans
defecting ot the U.S. and not a single American defected to Cuba
inthe last 30 years?
What about North Korea? There is no dissent. Isn't famine against
international law? We do have dissent in the U.S. as allowed in the
U.S. Constitution.
And as for Israel and Hezbollah, well Israelis troops do not use
civilians as human shields. The militias in Somalia used civilian
human shield in the firefights against the U.S. Rangers.
