Last time I checked, hiding among civilians was against the "Geneva 
Convention." I guess since "Hezbollah" is not a signatory it doesn't 
apply. Which raises and interesting question. Should "non-state" 
parties be obligated to abide by the Geneva Convention, or are they 
exempted?
