[Intelforum] email of Freddy Litten, author of 'The Noulens Affair'

I am trying to contact Freddy Litten who wrote an article in The China Quarterly in 1994 entitled 'The Noulens Affair'. This was an espionage affair that occurred in Shanghai around 1930. If Mr. Litten is a member of the list, I would be grateful if he could contact me. I have a question relating to the archive material he used for his article.
