A good friend who works inside the Capitol Beltway in Washington posed this
question to me.
 
"Do you think that Santa Clause has subcontracted out his 'Have you been bad
or good?' function to the Bush Administration and the NSA?"

This will probably arrive a little after the fact for most of you, but best
