[Intelforum] NSA article: Gulf of Tonkin incident

NSA has just released Bob Hanyok's excellent article on the Gulf of Tonkin, 
plus most of the source material he used, to its website.

Bob Hanyok's article is item # 12, "Skunks, Bogies, Silent Hounds, and the 
Flying Fish, etc."

     The other material consists of most of the sources used in his 
article. There are redactions, but the redacted text amounts to about 2 
percent of the article. Bob Hanyok has said that the omitted material does 
not affect the article's thesis.

The article was the subject of a report by Scott Shane in the New York
