[Intelforum] Secrecy News -- 11/08/04 (IF)

One wonders how many steps the U.S.  is removed from a British-style Official 
Secrets Act type law. And further,  one wonders if stocks or exile to Johnson 
Island would be the optional penalties  for violating such a draconian 
statute.
