Hardly. This is not a fact, and therefore is not obvious and is far less =
than glaring.

Terrorism exists because individuals feel a need to resist an =
overwhelmingly strong group that they see as an oppressor.

It may be argued that terrorism survives  because of  holes (loopholes =
is the wrong term)  in intelligence, but better intelligence will 
only reduce terrorism - it =
cannot eradicate it because terrorism is a social tool and there will =
always be those in any society that wish to overthrow the government, =
for a plethora of reasons, from the idiotic to the noble.
