GREETINGS.

Be advised that this writer has been informed by someone who was there that
Sandy Berger did terminate all REQUESTS from the field to terminate the
terminator BIN LADEN.

It is this persons opinion that the sand man did remove and destroy all
documents which had his "NO" on requests from the CIA field folks to zap the
mosquito before he could strike again.

This person was advised that the terminator of all such requests was not CIA
but NSC.

NSC was Sandy Berger.

Sandy Berger put the kibosh on all efforts in the field to terminate the
terminator.

I advise all with eyes to see and ears to hear-----follow this up.

I was always afraid of who was at my back. This is why our field ops folks
just might take early retiement in this our nations greatest hour of need.
