GREETINGS.
An article of cold war redaction is always a cinder which can bring flame to
ones conscious mind.
Such an article was recently published in the Winter/Spring 2004 issue of
The Intelligencer:Journal of US Intelligence Studies--published by The
Association of Former Intelligence Officers.
The author of this article is person whose tenure of time fighting the evil
empire is well know and will be long remembered.
Mr. Gene Poteat the author wears several hats these day not the least of
which is President of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers.
His offering is titled COUNTERINTELLIGENCE, HOMELAND SECURITY AND DOMESTIC
INTELLIGENCE.
His feel for the craft is that of a bricklayer. He picks up each fact as if
it were a brick -- and when he is done we see a beautiful mosaic easy to
comprehend and remember forever.

Hold on to this one. It may well turn out to be a sound historical reference
for years to come.
GOD BLESS
