Missing Los Alamos Computers

This is not the first time this has happened.  When the Joint DOE/FBI
Task Force was investigating Wen Ho Lee concerning the compromise of the
W-88 Warhead, and Wen Ho Lee was in custody, a couple mass storage
devices of the NEST came up missing.  They were later returned, but
proved that a penetrator was still operational in the Lab.

I suspect that the CI fumble by DOE and the FBI left the penetrator with
a margin of safety.  Of course, during most of that time, FBI CI was
pentrated by both the Chinese and the Russians.
