Excising NSA Spokesperson's Information

I am disappointed that former NSA  spokesman Mr. Levin did not offer his 3
cents worth about the 'aye' or  'nay' of excising a federal secrecy agency's
flack's nomme de certe...especially  in circumstances such as we are discussing
here... where the flack's name  appears on a private missive... Perhaps he
might reconsider and cast his 'aye'  or 'nay'
